 11 Shastri’s 11 Days –

This elaborated ritual is a Maha Rudrabhishek that continues for 11 days and is organized by eleven Shastris (Pandits). The eleven priests guide the devotees throughout the ceremony. It is performed both in the morning and evening. Flowers and milk are offered to the Lingam.

In Laghurudra 11 Brahmin Jap Rudri Path(5th Lesson) 11 times, a total of 121 Rudri Path has been jap & it takes near about 2.30 hours.

The month of Shrawan is highly auspicious for the devotees, and the idols of every member of Lord Shiva’s family are decorated. The unique decoration is done every Monday of this month. On the first Monday, Lord Shiva’s decoration is done. On the second Monday, Lord Shankar and Mother Parvati’s statues are decorated; on the third and fourth Mondays, the decoration of Shri Ardhyanarishwar and Shri Rudrakshay is done. Special ‘Jhoola Shringar’ is also performed.
